ALAINA SCHLEICH
2021 HEAD COACH - EDGE 16

Coach Alaina Schleich has been coaching volleyball for 12 years. Her first years were spent in Ohio, four more years in Havre De Grace Maryland, and most recently she was the head coach for Dover High School. Coach Schleich is excited to continue her career with Premier as the 16's Edge coach. She believes that hard work, a team mentality, and a fast paced offense wins games. You will often find Coach Schleich pacing the sidelines during matches and or at the gym being her former players biggest fan! Coach Schleich has 3 children, a senior ballet dancer at Ohio State University, a sophomore who plays soccer, and a freshman who plays, you guessed it, volleyball! She'd like to wish all her former players, all her new players, and the entire premier club good luck this season!
