Coach Mike Leclerc  has been coaching volleyball for 12 years in CYM (Christ The Teacher) and club volleyball (Premier Volleyball of Delaware).  In high school world, he spent 2 years an assistant volleyball coach for the Archmere Academy team. In 2019, he become the head varsity volleyball coach at Caravel Academy.  Coach Leclerc is both Impact and CAP (Coaches Accreditation Program) accredited with USA Volleyball.  He is also an advocate of Gold Medal Square Coaching methodologies.

His goal is to design a practice plan and tournament schedule that combines a dedicated work ethic with a love for the game.  His coaching philosophy is to develop strong fundamental volleyball skills and confidence within his players so they are comfortable competing with anyone.  He promotes sportsmanship and mutual respect, within his team family as well as for their opponents.
