2021 assistant coach - EDGE 16

Coach Andrea Bartlett started her volleyball career 20 years ago as a high school freshman. Coach Bartlett played volleyball for Hodgson Vo-Tech in Glasgow, DE where she was a Varsity Middle Blocker for 3 years and was named first team All-Conference and Honorable Mention for All-State her senior year. Coach Bartlett also played for 2 local clubs in high school, in the NJCAA and at a DII college. She continues to play in local adult leagues around the area.

Coach Bartlett has been coaching for the past 7 seasons at Caravel Academy. She spent 3 seasons as a Middle School coach, and is coaching her 4thseason of JV. She has also coached 2 seasons of club volleyball working with both 15U and 16U teams. She is very excited to join the Premier family!

Coach Bartlett’s coaching philosophy can be summed up with one phrase: Attitude is everything! She believes that a positive attitude and team-centered focus is the backbone of successful teams. Her goal is to guide, inspire, and empower athletes to achieve their full potential.
