Teams Battle in the KRVA and CHRVA Regional for Medals!

Premier Power wins Silver Medals at SOMDVC 14s Invitational!!

 

On Saturday, Premier Power traveled to Waldrof, Maryland to compete in SOMDVBC 14s Invitational. They finished 6-0 in pool play and advanced to the Gold Playoff Bracket. Playing BRYC 14 American in Semi finals, they defeated them in 3 sets to make to Gold Championship Final.  They met SRVC Royals 14U in the finals. It was a battle. They lost the first set 22-25, won the 2nd set 25-17 and lose the 3rd 6-15 to take Silver Medals!

PREMIER EDGE 14 TAKES 2ND PLACE AT MVSA 14S INVITATIONAL!

Premier EDGE 14 competed in MVSA 14s Invitational in Darnestown, MD on Sunday.  Finishing 6-1 in pool play, they headed in the Gold Bracket as 1st seed from their pool.   In the semi finals, they met ECEVBC 14 Hurricanes and defeated them in 2 straight sets.  In the Championship match, it was Premier EDGE 14 vs MVSA 14 Dynamite.  They fought hard but lost in 2 to take 2nd place in the tournament and bring home silver medals.

PREMIER FUSION WINS 2ND PLACE MEDALS AT BAVA 11/12 INVITATIONAL

Premier Fusion traveled to Washington College to play in BAVA 11/12 Invitational.  They finished 4-2 in pool play and sneaked in the Gold Bracket as the top 2nd place team to take the 4th Seed.  In the Semi finals, they met home town rival, Mason Dixon.  They won the first set 25 - 14 easily but then Mason Dixon battled back to win the 2nd set 22 - 25. Then it was a race to 15 and Premier Fusion won 15 - 10. In the Championship match, they faced a solid Panhandle Boomers 12 but fought match losing 25-20, 25-19.  They were all smiles with their silver medals on Sunday afternoon!

PREMIER EDGE 18 TIED FOR 5TH AT CHRVA 18S BID CHAMPIONSHIP!

After a slow start in pool play losing both of their matches, Premier EDGE 18 worked their way up the Gold Bracket.  Facing Virginia Top Team in the first round, they defeated in three exciting sets to advance on.  Next up was St James, they won the first set 24-26, lost the 2nd 25-23 and with a race to 15, they came up short at 15-7.   Now they wait and see if a bid could trickled down to them.  Great showing, EDGE 18!
