Coach Kwoka will be entering into her 13th year as the Head Volleyball Coach at Archmere Academy in 2017.  Her resume includes 23 years of High School coaching experience with time at St. Elizabeth's High School and Ursuline Academy.  She was named DIVCA Coach of the Year twice. 

​Coach Kwoka has led 3 different high school teams to the DIAA Final Four 9 times, 2 final 4 finishes, 7 trips to the Finals with 2 Championship titles, the most recent one in 2014.  Coach Kwoka has been coaching club volleyball since 1995 with several clubs in the area and has taken three teams to USAV Nationals.  

​Besides coaching high school volleyball, her new passion is directing Premier Volleyball.  Premier Volleyball is privileged to be the only volleyball club in Delaware with teams in New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties. She is proud of the Premier coaching staff, the 303 players and their families working together to have a great club volleyball experience. Her desire and focus is to continue to help players learn and love the game of volleyball.
