Lara Krygier
Head Coach - PINK SELECT 12 and 15

Coach Krygier is currently in her inaugural year as the JV coach and Varsity assistant for Archmere Academy.  She spent the past 6 years as the head JV coach of the Middletown Cavaliers. 

Volleyball has opened up new doors full of opportunities for Coach Krygier as a player, as well as a coach.  She began her volleyball career at the age of 11 and continued by earning the opportunity to play 5 years on the Varsity team at Red Lion Christian Academy. Coach K was named All-Conference her junior year and 1st team All-Conference her second year.  She was also named 2nd team All-State her senior year. Coach K then moved on to play for a new program at Wesley College for 3 years.  After graduating from Wesley in 2010, Coach Krygier earned the Assistant Coaching position at Wesley College, where she stayed for 2 years. 

Coach Krygier's coaching philosophy focuses on developing fundamentals, teamwork, and excellent communication. She strives to provide each athlete with every opportunity to improve their knowledge of the game through both competitive play and long-term growth.  Her goal is to enable her athletes to reach their next level of play through discipline, challenge and a love of the game.
