Coach DiSabatino has been coaching at Padua Academy for thirteen seasons, and in 2012 she was appointed Head Coach of the program.  Under Lauren's leadership Padua Academy won their first Volleyball State Championship in school history in 2012 and repeated as champions in 2013. 

Coach DiSabatino played collegiate volleyball at Wilmington University, winning the 2002 Region X Championship.  After leading the team to a 69-0 record, Wilmington University qualified for the NCAA Division II Tournament. Coach DiSabatino was awarded Wilmington University's Volleyball MVP Award in 2015.  A two-time First Team All-State player for St. Elizabeth's High School, Lauren was honored with being selected Gatorade Player of the Year in her senior season (2001).  She was also named the 2013-14 DIVCA Coach of the Year.

Coach DiSabatino has been coaching with Premier Volleyball of Delaware since it's inaugural season in 2015.
