Kaylie Leclerc started playing volleyball in 4th grade for Christ the Teacher.  For high school, she played on the Varsity team at Archmere Academy for four years as the starting setter.  During her tenure at Archmere, her team won the Delaware State Championship in 2014, finished 2nd in 2015 and 4th in 2016.  She was a captain her senior year.  She named 3rd team all conference her sophomore year, 2nd team all conference her junior year and 1st team all conference her senior year.  In 2016, she also selected 3rd team all state  and received Archmere’s Most Outstanding Senior Award, in which she led the team in assists, digs and aces that year.  During her senior year, she met a milestone of 1,000 high school career assists.  

In addition, Coach Kaylie played club volleyball since 5th grade.  She has played 8 seasons (between club and school) for Coach Kwoka and 3 club seasons for Coach Mayer.  She has been a camp and clinic instructor the last two years. 

Coach Kaylie has always wanted to coach the game and is excited about the opportunity to start coaching and share her volleyball knowledge and her love of the sport with the young players.
