Coach Alex Precella has played volleyball since 2009 when he learned the game by playing beach tournaments in Pensacola, Florida. Since moving to Dover in 2015, he has participated in several local leagues. Coach Alex began coaching at Holy Cross in 2015 and has continued to coach there the last two years. In 2017, Dover High School brought him on as an assistant for both Junior Varsity and Varsity. Coach Alex enjoys coaching as a way to give back to the community and growing the next generation. Hi coaching philosophy can be summed up by " Do your job, work hard, and have fun!"
